I am a Principal Consultant with Method Recruitment. At Method, my focus is to support my clients and candidates in the Banking & Financial Services Space with a focus on Project & Product Delivery. I consider myself to be heavily relationship focused. With a view to providing sustainable recruitment solutions for my clients and candidates alike.

Since starting my career in recruitment in 2015, I have built out my knowledge and expertise with my Banking & Financial Services clients, having placed 100’s of candidates within the Projects, Design, Cloud, Engineering, Architecture, and Infrastructure space. Now at Method Recruitment, I will be honing in on my experience within the Project and Product space. My experience within the B&FS industry, coupled with the fact that I have recruited roles across the entire enterprise means I understand what project and pieces of work my candidates will be working on. I am then able to source the right talent with the right skills to be successful in the role.

When I am not working, you will find me chasing after my toddler. Or in my kitchen or hanging out with my family and friends.
